Does this brush have a soft or medium brush head? null

It has a G2 head. Which means it is a touch more effective, since it has three features on it. Clean, Whitening, and Gum care. Different speeds for each. I believe the blue bristles are a bit harder to help with the whitening aspect of this brush.

You can select the type of toothbrush head you want to use.

Not that I've seen. Only one option that I've noticed
