I had an older model Sonicare toothbrush with some leftover brush heads, and I can use them on this model as they are an exact fit.
I would recommend:
Yes. The only difference is you should purchase heads that are black since they match the colors of this model. You could, of course, use the white heads if matching doesn't matter to you.
