Can you chance the Brian head on this? null

Assuming you mean the Braun/Oral B toothbrush heads, I don't think so. See photos below. The handle for the Braun toothbrush heads seems to have a straight spike on it, whereas this Philips Sonicare handle spike is wavy. I would not recommend trying to use a Braun toothbrush head with this Philips Sonicare handle.
