Absolutely! You can bake your potato here, the taste will be even better with no oil.

I cooked my potato partially in the microwave then finished in the air fryer to get the crispy skin and the potato was firm and fluffy versus if I just left it in the microwave and all I would have would be a steamed potato.

I would imagine you could, considering you can bake a cake. It’s almost like a mix of an oven and a fryer.
