QuestionDoes this devise kill viruses like Covid-19?

- Answer Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us! Only the CDC and those working to contain COVID-19 have access to this novel strain of coronavirus to test. Therefore, PhoneSoap has not tested and cannot claim that our products kill COVID-19. That being said, we do know that coronavirus is an enveloped virus, similar to Influenza A (H1N1), which we have tested and know that PhoneSoap kills at a 99.99% reduction rate. Stay Safe!

QuestionWhy can I not get the top button to work so that I can get it in manual mode? I have tried every way I can think of to press this button to switch from auto to manual mode. Has anyone else had this problem?

QuestionWill the device sanitize an iPad Pro 12.9?

- Answer Yes, according to Amazon users, it will fit a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 in its case with an Apple pencil. I plan to put my keyboard case for the same device inside. Someone else shared that their Dell Inspiron 13 with a 13.3" screen will fit inside. The inner depth is 13 inches, and the height is 9 inches. I wish it'd fit a full-size keyboard.

- Answer I have the same screen guard on my phone, and I have had no issues. The UV lights should not effect the efficiency of the glass shield.
