• No idea, you'd be lucky to get the software to even download the movie, let alone any time stamp. Do not buy!

• Time and date stamp is put on video ONLY if it was included in the video. If the time and date stamp was turned off on the camera, it will not be present on the video. In other words, the Pinnacle 23 program does not put on a time and date stamp when downloading.
