How tall are these null

This speaker is 37 inches high.

38" Max w/o Atmos Screen 39" with Atmos Screen

The tower speaker is 37 1/2" tall at its highest point ( rear top ). The top of the speaker slopes upward from the front to rear. The lowest point is 36" at the front top of the speaker. This is by design for the Dolby Atmos speaker on top which is aimed at an angle for upward firing. I hope this helps. Good luck and enjoy.
