• This TV has a software or hadware issue, I've been having the same problem with sound since I bought the TV on November 2023, TV suddenly lose sound and the only way to get it back is to power cycle the TV or a factory reset. The only devices I have connected are game consoles and all of them have brand new HDMI cables. Pioneer needs to provide a solution to this sound issue.

• Have had this problem also! Turned it off for 5 minutes, then when turned back on, the sound was there!
