Same, im feeling like i purchased garbage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem and nothing works except pulling the power plug. Very frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been having this issue and only have had my TV for about 6 months. I have to unplug it for at least 1 min, plug it back in then hold the power button to force start it- sometimes having to repeat this process 2-3 times before the TV will power on. Sometimes it will also kick me off the wifi network and when I try to reconnect it will tell me I have the wrong password and I'll have to unplug my TV to get it to work again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bought the tv about a year ago. Barely used it. Now it wont turn on. Still pretty much brand new. Never buy Xumo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yessss! My 55 inch Xumo has done this a couple of times and I will not be purchasing this brand again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same thing. I have the 55" with the same problem. It's aggravating. I will never buy another XUMO TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, beey slow to tyrn on and frequently have to unplug and plug back in to get tv to turn on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine just did. I've had similar issues as others with the wifi getting disconnected and it saying the password is wrong, and the apps not showing up. Also i have hallmark plus subscription that I cannot use on here, you have to buy a subscription through the TV to watch it, that doesn't come with the perks. I'm about to see what to do about getting my money back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im having the same issue and also it won't connect to mi wifi. I bought my tv from best buy and i think all these pioneer tvs have this issue. Every ince in awhile i have to battle my tv to get the apps to pop up!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Wi-Fi smart plug than I plug it into. When the TV won’t power on, I do a power cycle with the smart plug through Alexa. Then you have to wait a minute for it to boot back up and it’ll turn on beyond frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
