“There is no hyphen on the remote. I watch OTA (Over the air), and every station has a hyphen. One station, has 3 different channels. 69-1, 69-2, 69-3. Do you enter 69 then hit the plus button ? What about a Previous Channel button. I use it a lot.”

As for using the plus button, it may not be necessary in this case since you are trying to access specific sub-channels within the same station. As for the Previous Channel button, it is a common feature on many remotes and can be used to quickly switch between the current and previous channel you were watching. Ota channels will appear, cycle through after you cycle through you can manually add one of the hyphen channels if the reception wasn’t strong enough to program. Previous channel works perfectly, on this remote you have 2 options pre-ch & return.
