It is able to connect via WiFi I determined. I have no idea whether it was using our 2.5 or 5ghz channel. Happy with the 50" model. Lightweight and easy to install anywhere, It comes with its own little feet but we used the vesa mount on back to put it on a raised entertainment center, I think its 200mm by 200mm. Can easily be installed on a wall as well, super light.

They reference WiFi connection capability but its always shrouded in Ethernet conection area of manual. You could connect a Roku dongle/google Tv plug in device to one of the HDMI in puts in worse case scenario butI doubt that will allow you to update TV if software updates are available. IF Im right and this is why the TV is on the cheaper side, another idea would be to connect it to your router initially to pull any updates and set up,, then later take it to the part of the house you want to use it . Perphaps you have a wired ethernet outlet on the wall,, or your ethernet enabled router is where you want to put the TV and it has a free ethernet connection,, so its irrelevant? Manual writer should be flogged for leaving this out.... deceptioin 101 Connecting to Ethernet To access the Internet, you must connect to a LAN (Ethernet) network or use Wi-Fi to access the Internet.
