Not flush. You will need a dash kit adapter that will make a tier down, and the screen itself is recessed. The next unit up that has a glass screen is completely flush, but will still be recessed due to the kit. However, this will hook up to your phone via Bluetooth and display the song information. The advantage to the usb cable is better sound quality (if you can notice it), and album art displayed. My only complaint is that there is no Super Tuner technology for the radio. I guess they figured you’d be playing your own music more than using the radio.
