Will it work with factory Bose speakers in a GMC? null

Yes, this will work with your Bose. I have it installed in my 2003 Avalanche and it works great. There are other electronic adapters that need to be purchased as well. However, it make the set up a plug and play, so no wiring cutting. The adapter will make sure your steering wheeler controllers function and operate the system like it currently does.
