“Hi. Just had this unit (Panasonic AVH-X391BHS) installed. My iPhone is connected via BT. I can receive and place calls but no one can hear me on the other end (but I can hear them perfectly over my speakers. Any ideas how to fix?”

Yes, the mic was installed near the odometer. I can’t see up behind the stereo to see if it was plugged in. I will just have to take it in. Thx for trying!

Your having mic issues check the back of the unit to Make sure one is installed correctly. Can you see where it installed in the car?

Make sure the installer hooked up the bluetooth microphone? it comes with the head unit, without it you will not be able to talk to anyone through the head unit.
