Does this device allow for hands free calling? null

I have an Android phone and hands free works great. It's great to carry on a phone or text conversation with someone without taking my hands off of the wheel. Just remember to get the steering wheel controls module as well so you can keep those controls if you have them. Happy with my purchase.

Yes it syncs by bluetooth.
