“It says installation is included in the image, but when I choose my best buy location, it gives me the option for $300 more for installation or option to do it myself. So is installation not included then? Is this for something else?”

• Apparently only some Best Buy locations do installation. You might have to call around to find one that does the free install.

• The installation is included, but instructions on how to use it is less than desirable nor the instructions from the installers. Ben
