Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Note in the Operations Manual says "CertainCars Manufactured from May 1 2016 and ALL cars manufactured on after May 1, 2018 with rear visibility systems should not install or use this product in a way that alters or disable your cars compliance with regulations." You need to contact the vehicle manufacturer or dealer. If your car has a compliant backup camera that displays the backup view through the factory received, Do NOT use the Pioneer receiver unless it displays the same view as the factory backup camera. Connection to the factory backup camera may require an adapter sold separately. Not all vehicles may be able to connect. Please check with a qualified professional installer for installation options specific to your vehicle. My vehicle did require an adapter that took about 2 weeks to arrive to work with the buttons on the steering wheel.
