And yes it will work with the backup camera and steering wheel controls if you have them. However no right camera. Part 2. Yes the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX will work with your 2016 Honda CR-V with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. And, yes it will work with the backup camera and steering wheel controls. The 2nd camera will require the use of iDatalink Maestro RR2 OEM integration accessory.
