It worked for me. Try a different cable maybe. Few other things to have checked. 1. It wouldn’t work through my factory USB ports so they had to run another connection. It doesn’t look terrible but just a heads up. 2. In order to set Bluetooth setting the parking brake needs to be on. I had to look that one up to figure it out.
