“When I buy this one and get it installed will my steering wheel controls work with it? Such as volume and the skipping. Or will I have to add more stuff so all that can work? Thank you”

You will have to buy a separate harness. $60 plus an additional $60 for installation. I opted out of it because the radio is pretty easy to operate an it’s right there within easy reach.
