How are you connecting it? Some HDMI cables can’t support 4k.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, A 4K TV may function as 1080p in several scenarios, such as when playing a non-4K content or when the device connected to the TV is not capable of outputting a 4K signal. In these cases, the TV will downscale the 4K resolution to 1080p to fit the display's pixels. If you need further assistance, our support team is available around the clock at tv.xumo.com/support. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either try a different HDMI port or there is a HDMI compatibility setting amongst the options. My problem is the TV says my feed is 4K but the content most obviously is not. Watching Roseanne which was recorded in 4X3 in the 1980's and my TV is saying 4K I guess that means it will display 4K if the content is 4K. The TV doesn't display the actual resolution it is in. I suppose it attempts to upconvert to 4K.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just wanted to add to the comment about watching an old "Rosanne" broadcast in 4k: the signal could be 4k, but the content may not be.
