if you installed it I would highly suggest that you make an appointment with the Tech in the install depart. some times it may only be a simple adjustment just like on a computer or Bluetooth phones you have the Setting section. Worth the trouble your going through trying to figure it out. Sometimes a small amout of $$ will end that frustration. It did for me.
