“Any one have problem with the fader/balance with this x491bhs . I colored matched everything and double checked it. When I fade to right the rear speakers get sound and vise versa.”

Sounds like its the wiring and not the actual product. Check your wiring harness against the wiring schematic as its easy to mess up. Swapped wires would cause the issue you're describing.
