Yes sure will just had it installed on my 12 Mazda 3 $100 for the video in dash install and if you have steering wheel controls it'll be $65 for the control module. Parts needed is wiring harness, steering wheel control module(if steering wheel control), antenna adapter, in dash 2010-2012 Mazda 3 kit. Looking roughly at $600 with install parts and receiver. Just a rough estimate I'd ask your local Best Buy. They can price out everything you'll need.
