Your best bet would to be to look and see if your car by year and model is double din compatible, if so, then it will fit, as for worth more, a bit, but no one will ever give you what you paid extra for the stereo, kinda like the whole rule for buying a new car "once you drive it off the lot, it's instantly worth half the price in their eyes"
