It should fit just fine. Most Ford trucks have the double din stereo, so should be a go for you. Grab some cheap Ford extraction tools and pop out the factory and wire up your harness. This stereo has no cage like a single din unit, you'll likely have to put the factory retainers on the side of this one and get any mounting trim you may need.
