“Is any other equipment needed(microphone, etc) to make the bluetooh work for answering calls hands free with this?”

• Nothing else is needed I just push the button on my radio when the phone rings and talk. The microphone will be put in the ceiling by the installers. it does well with my iPad as well as my cell phone. I do use my auxiliary where your Bluetooth and listen to Pandora the entire time I love this radio
