Is the Remote RF or IR? null

RF, plus using the Pioneer app on mobile device wifi synched is great & it's my primary usage that gives exclusive features to the LX505. I only use the unit remote if I lose my wifi connection.

The remote is IR and must have direct line-of-sight to the receiver.
