Just buy another one take out the missing part and return that one for a refund.do it in the parking lot and walk back in and return. To me it would be the same thing as returning the one you bought with missing parts and keeping it all set up. Or just buying another same radio ,pulling the part that is missing on the other one you bought and returning for the money.
