    • Answer The Supra Plus ends in a quick disconnect. That is a flat black connector that plugs into our cables or amps. Different phones will use different cables or amps to connect the Supra plus headset. You will need to contact our support team with the make and model phone you are planning to use the Supra Plus with, and they will be able to look up what will work to connect the headset to your phone .   • QuestionI have a 9608 Avaya set on my desk with an Encorepro 510 headset and quick connect cord. Same set at a school and you can hear the caller but they can't hear you. Ideas?

    • Answer Hello! We recommend you to verify the model of the quick connect cord that you have at school. Each cable is different depending on the phone that you have and they all look quite similar. The cable that your Avaya phone requires is an HIS cable, part number: 72442-41. If the cable you have at school is not that model, then that is probably the reason why the other end is not able to hear you.
