I use them in the pool and hot tub with little negative results. The fact they do not fit tight in the ear canal helps bleed out the water from the ear canal. Bluetooth has a range of 33 feet above the water but less than 2 feet under so take that into consideration when swimming laps for a workout. No problem with being waterproof even in the hot tub to the sauna, just make sure the charging port is closed. Have fun! Great product!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Boxing may be OK. I use them on the treadmill. And the pounding from running does not cause them to fall out. They are water/sweat proof to an extent from a coating applied to them. However, swimming is not recommended for them.
