Hello! The BackBeat FIT has an operating and storage temperature of 32°F – 104°F (0 – 40°C), it would not be recommended to use inside a sauna.

Plantronics Backbeat Fit 3150 shuts off within a few minutes of being in a Sauna. Disappointed!

I don't know but I would not recommend any "water proof" headphone in a sauna. Water vapor will penetrate smaller pores than liquid water. Liquid water has surface tension and likes to keep it in droplets (think about holding water in a straw by putting your finger over the top.) Water vapor will pass through a lot of materials because it's a gas and has no surface tension that's how waterproof materials like gore-tex work- holes too small for liquid water to pass through. The water vapor in a sauna will likely find a way in and the heat may also compromise the materials that make them waterproof.
