• Hello! the BackBeat GO 410 does have a mute function for phone calls. To enable or disable this feature, press and hold the Volume up and down button. Please note we can only confirm this function will work on cell phone calls. We are unable to guarantee this feature will work on a laptop. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles, and by pairing it to a PC, the headset may work to listen and talks through calls on a soft phone, but we cannot ensure your laptop's Bluetooth internal adapter will have the AVRCP 1.5 Bluetooth profile.
