• A:Answer Hi! We currently don't sell ear tips for this model; However, the ear tips from the Voyager 6200 UC are compatible with the BackBeat GO 410. You should be able to find them through our resellers: 211149-01 - Spare Ear-Tips Small x 1. 211149-02 - Spare Ear-Tips Medium x 1. 211149-03 - Spare Ear-Tips Large x 1. • A:Answer Hi Violet! This model is mainly designed for any android/iOS cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. If you'd like to use the unit with your PC and a soft phone like Five9, it will really depend on the native Bluetooth from your computer/laptop. Many devices nowadays have native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles, and these are the ones the ear buds require to at least allow a connection: A2DP 1.3, HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, AVRCP 1.5, SPP 1.2. As we've mentioned it may pair, yet we are unable to guarantee optimal performance in terms of audio quality, connectivity and range. We hopw you will find this information useful. Q: QuestionI have the plantronics backbeat go 410 series but I have lost the charger. Can I use any micro USB charger? I tried earlier today and it didn't seem to work. if not is there an alternate charger I can purchase?

Q: QuestionCan these headphones operate in "wired" mode with ANC still enabled? The manual (pg 11) states "be sure to power off the headset" when using the wired mode. Is this to conserve battery or required for wired operation. I am looking for wired + ANC.

• A:Answer Hi David. No, the Active Noise Cancelling technology uses additional microphones on the back of each speaker that respond well to low-frequency (80 to 700 Hz) background noise. These microphones pick up the background noise, feed it into the ANC circuitry, invert it, then direct it into the same audio path. This can only take place when using Bluetooth technology. When you turn it into a wired headset, it works only as a listening headset. The microphones won't work, hence ANC is not activated. Please note that at the moment we do not have a corded headset with ANC, though all of our corded headsets have noise-cancelling microphones. We hope this information helps. • A:Answer Hello Cutts! This model is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As you know, most computers nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; However, it is important to point out that Bluetooth technology works through different profiles. For example: Headset/Hands-Free Profile HSP and HFP, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and AVRCP are the profiles the ear buds need to at least allow a connection with the computer; yet, it may not give you optimal performance in terms of audio quality, connectivity and user control functions. The ear buds most likely will pair, but we always recommend our UC line of products as it ensures PC connectivity and optimal performance. For example our Voyager 4220 UC and Voyager Focus UC.
