“In a previous question, somebody asked for replacement ear tips for these earphones. The response was to look for it in the accesory page however, I can’t find it there or anywhere in the Best Buy webpage. In need of these!”

Go to Plantronics or call the customer services at Plantronics. Most of the time there is no cost associate for the ear piece.

I suggest trying either one size larger that usual or getting a set with all three sizes, e.g. My wife has fairly small ear canals, but is uning medium tips with these replacements.
