“Just bought the rig 400hx. It doesnt seem to work on the standard xb1 controller that came with my console, but works with a goofy wired controller I have and my phone so I know it isn't the headset. Checked all volume levels and still nothing. Any ideas?”

The standard xb1 controller needs an adapter from microsoft to use a 3.5 mm headphone jack
