QuestionCan the microphone be mutedI want to be able to listen but want to mute the microphone. this is for an on line course.

- Answer The arm that the microphone is on folds up into the headset. Once you start folding it up, you'll hear a beep and the microphone has a red light at the tip that lights up. So that mutes it automatically. But there's also a mute button right above the volume wheel on the back of the left ear.

QuestionExtension wiresIs it possible to make or buy extension wires going to the Xbox 360 and audio in and out to the TV and/or extension for the HDMI say no more than 20 feet. I sit across the room for my TV and Xbox with heavy traffic( my 3 large dogs) maybe run the wires on the wall or through the attic. I have a wireless controller. Are you even better yet do they make a wireless version that would be from a dial controller to the Xbox.

- Answer Unfortunately we don't make an extension cable that would work with our gaming headsets. We have made a wireless headset compatible with the 360. QuestionWhat is the return policy?I would like to purchase this headset, but I want to ensure it suppresses background noises. What is the return policy? Can I take these back to an actual store if they don't work out?

- Answer Yes you can return the wireless headset if you are not satisfied, but I feel once you try it you will enjoy the quiet noise and clarity it sounds like....
