Hello- Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Voyager Legend. You may want to try updating the firmware on the headset (http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/myheadset-updater). After updating, you will want to reset the connection between your phone and the headset. To do this, first delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. Once deleted, make sure to power your phone completely off. Then power it back on. (This will reset the Bluetooth stack in the BT software on the phone). Then re-pair the headset with your phone. If the issue continues, please contact our support team directly (http://www.plantronics.com/support/) and we will be happy to help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue where I would answer a call and it would disconnect form the phone and I would have to connect it back again. I took phone to service provider and they told me to do the same thing, un-pair, remove and pair again, but while doing that they went ahead and deleted any other devices that I no longer owned and that seemed to fix the problem, they said that sometimes when you reach 10 or more wireless devices it can cause issues with the Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When mine did this, I simply connected to my computer with the provided USB and did the software update. You night want to give this a try.
