Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the headset and charger are clean. They pick up any magnetic dust and they don't charge well. Clean it and give a good squeeze when you link to the cradle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may have to slide the connecting charger part (the magnetic piece) until it connects to charge. The blue light on the headset will blink 3 times indicating it's charging. Mine stops blinking after it's charged. Turn on the headset and it should say "Talk time 7 hours". If it does, it's fully charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your headset. You might want to try cleaning the charging contacts between your headset and it's charging cable to ensure they are making a proper contact. In case the magnetic charging pins are clean but your headset is still not charging we recommend that you try connecting it into another charger or powered USB port. In case the issue persists your headset comes with our one year limited warranty and you can request a replacement by following these steps: http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/kb/detail.jsp?vfurl=/articles/en_US/Warranty/RN9669&retURL=%2Fapex%2FknowledgeSearch®ion=us&p=&c=All&k=replacement&t=All&lang=en_US&popup=false&c=All
