“So how the heck do you get the phone out of the case once inside? I tried releasing multiple ways, but no bueno on any attempt. Nothing like having to leave a negative review and return due to what? Lack of instructions? Poor design?”

When I saw this question posted, I immediately tried to take the phone out of the case, it came tight out first try, with no difficulty. I simply pried back in one spot, then popped right out. The plastic shroud is stiff, but flexible enough to start one spot coming out, then follow through with the rest

Once I got it, I realized ...start at a corner and start pulling the phone out. It's great that it stays in, but yes we need to take it out and clean it too. I've had success with starting at a corner. You feel like you're gonna break your phone, but you won't, it will come out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.mine pops right out when you push down on one side and or through the hole on the back where the camera is...you do have to work it a bit though which is why it is such a great case. It keeps your phone covered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. I took it into the geek squad to remove it who used their own personal tool so I could put my sd card into it. They were super quick too. Although, I'm not sure how I can do it myself if I ever need to take the case off again without having to go back into Best Buy.
