“What is the smallest this band can go? Will it fit a wrist slightly under 6"?”

I would say yes to 6”. The magnets are strong.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s a magnetic loop closure so it will adjust to any size wrist. I have small wrists and had trouble with the bands with holes in them. I tried this on at Best. Buy and it fit like a glove.
