No. It's just a charger with a USB port. You can use ANY cable as long as one end is USB-A, the other can can be B, micro, C, whatever.

No it does not. No cable is included with this product, just the charging box and that’s all.

I just purchased my 3rd charger like this and none have included a cable.

The packaging I purchased was just the charger and you supply a wire USB to of the appropriate type for your needs.
