- Answer If your able to change the drive mode from…Single Shooting mode to 10sec/Remote mode, this will allow the remote to utilize the inferred sensor for remote shooting. Be sure to aim the remote at the inferred sensor for accurate operation.

QuestionI bought this remote for my Canon 80D and it works. However, it doesn't trigger the timer it only triggers the shutter. Is there a setting to make it trigger the timer after focusing? It's tough to get my hand down before the pictures snaps.
