“How do I access the contents of the SD card after connecting it to my computer? Or how do I format the card? Nothing happens at all. Product came with zero instructions nor a website for troubleshooting/getting started.”

• I'm having the same problem. When I plug it in to my new Asus Vivobook, nothing happens. No lights.

• Hello Vincent, You can just plug the reader on your device and plug the card. The files in the SD card should appear in the Files folder. Platinum Support Louise
