I don't think PS4 1 TB gives you that 4K experience for that you need to buy PS4 Pro which has better performance and higher configured processor inbuilt. Also, 4k makes no sense if your TV is not a 4k and the game you are playing is not 4k. Check about that before you look to upgrade or buy a PS4 pro.
