Unfortunately no as of now. Since the stock is no where close to the demand, there’s no way to actually prepay for something when even Best Buy doesn’t know when they’ll get a restock. Although it might change in the near future, where Best Buy might take backorders.

If it’s available you can pay for it and the money will either be charged right away or fall off your account in a few days and be charged when the order is shipped or picked up

Not at the moment. If you're lucky enough to get one in your cart check out Immediately. The full process needs to be complete to get one currently due to the shortage.
