“Why can't I add a PS5 to my cart when it's available? Says it's not available within 250 Miles of me & to pick another store ( which becomes viscous loop) Helpline says you ship but if I can't even add it to the cart in the first place what good is it?”

The way Best Buy is currently selling their PS5's is by ordering and picking up from the store only, none of them are being delivered in order to combat bots buying them out. While they may have stock in them overall, if your nearest stores are sold out, then you won't be able to get one until that store is restocked. This is from my experience of having bought one during one of their most recent drops.
