Same thing happen to me too. Best Buy seem to give out bad info when it came to preorders. I thought it wasn't suppose to start the preorders until 12am.

I even called Bestbuy @ 1(888)237-8289 and every store I could find a # for / Grandchild wanted this for Her B-Day which happens to be Christmas Day .
