A:AnswerHonestly, the best way to get your hands on a PS5 is to follow a bunch of stock-bots on Twitter. Make sure to have your notifications on and jump on every opportunity they give you. It may not be through Best-Buy, but eventually you'll get one. I was trying to buy a PS5 for 4 months before I finally got one. I got really close plenty of times, but I eventually got one.

A:AnswerThey won’t ever tell us the time, and they seem to get them in stock maybe once or twice a month. Just wait, I’ve tried dozens of times and they’re always gone in a couple seconds because of scalpers and bots. It’s not worth spending time or energy looking for one right now.

A:AnswerAll right so it's very common practice to have a high demand/low inventory item not be saved just because it's in your cart. It's like this in all big Box stores as well as small stores such as Etsy where there is a limited quantity. That being said this is probably going to be the case next time there is a restock which from the looks of the rumours on Google a lot of people are saying there might be another one on traditional black Friday at least for Gamestop and Target so thats also to say Bestbuy as well...
A:AnswerWell I got one on 11/12 around 7:30 it was a slow process with email verification and adding to cart then telling me to wait and and it to cart again. Somehow it stayed in my cart and I got and email from bestbuy saying my order was complete and I could pick it up on 11/17.
A:AnswerI had that too and it had me verify my Best Buy logon ID by either email or text. I first chose email and immediately regretted it and went back and chose text. I put in the number and then at check out it was sketchy too with multiple errors. It wouldn’t take Apple Pay even though option was there so I did credit card and got a verification from Bank of America where I had to get another text but at the end I got one.
A:AnswerThey already released it at 9am est today since it's the timing they usually open stores but it would have been nice if they clarified that cause it was reported they would be released at 12pm but looks like they already released them early.

A:Answerthere is a timer on best buy counting down to the time you will be able to order the PS5, i'm central time and it is showing me it comes out on midnight. check your timer to make sure
A:AnswerNo. Sony is not permitting any retail sales of the PS5 at physical locations. Online purchases only. You can find the announcement from Sony pretty easily by googling the phrase "ps5 online only".
