• The ps5 is backwards compatible with ps4 games, meaning ps4 games can be played on the ps5. Unfortounatley, the ps1, ps2 and ps3 games cannot be used on the ps5.

• No you cannot, the only old generation games you can play are those that have been remastered for ps5 on the store or those available through ps premium.
